Holistic Coaching

 

The path to clarity can start at many different points, simply understanding where you are and where you want to go is the beginning. I am here to meet you at any point on your journey, and together we will uncover your goals for thriving. It may be setting the steps to overcome a current hurdle, creating a vision for your best self using WellCoaches health and wellness coaching, training in resilience and self-regulation techniques, learning what type of meditation works best for you (and your brain), integrating a journey you’ve embarked on, or setting a course for hacking peak-performance flow.

In-person and virtual consultations are available, and I offer ongoing support through text and email. My extensive experience as a sleep coach for Sleep Reset, a thrive coach for Reframe, and a guide/integration coach for Mindbloom has taught me the importance of a trauma-aware approach, thinking outside the box, and seeing clients as the experts of their own lives. Craniosacral Therapy

 

Offering energy-based bodywork, sessions are intuitively designed to meet present needs and engage the inherent expressions of health within your system. These sessions can be a combination of modalities, including craniosacral therapy, polarity therapy, and other trauma-informed bodywork techniques. My approach is focused on centering and grounding you in the present moment, facilitating relaxation, and promoting the activation of the parasympathetic nervous system to foster a harmonious connection between mind and body.

NeuroMeditation

 

As defined by the NeuroMeditation Institute, meditation is a systematic mental training designed to challenge habits of attending, thinking, feeling, and perceiving. Mediation is definitely not a one-size-fits-all practice.

Each of the four styles of NeuroMeditation incorporates brain science and mental health awareness with customized meditation instruction to target specific needs and goals.

This may include guided seated or walking meditations, movement practices, and/or neurofeedback. Become aware of your states of consciousness to rewire your brain and change the way you think and feel.

Flow Training
